Pre Season Screening and Management

We are offering our athletes a FREE assessment and pre season screening. As well as ONE FREE monthly maintenance session to check in on your progress. This allows us to help tailor exercise prescription for injury prevention through out the season. We get the opportunity to see where your strengths and weaknesses lie while working with you to tailor a program that will directly assist you in meeting your season goals.
Sponsored Athletes will also receive ONE FREE consultation with Dietitian Damien Cox.
Discounted Physiotherapy and Priority Booking

If you are wanting to see a Sports Physio more than once a month during your season we are offering $50 additional sessions. These can be used by your self or by one nominated person. Alongside you will get priority booking to ensure you get in as soon as possible.
This means that if you get injured during the season, you won’t have to wait to get seen and start the rehabilitation process. We also have close relationships with GP’s, Surgeons, and radiologists if you need further assistance.
SWAG BAG

Chosen Athletes will get a swag bag with Sage Physiotherapy branded Hoodie, hat, massage ball, decals and other goodies!
We would love to see our athletes wearing our merchandise at events or just around the Sunshine Coast! Tag us on Instagram in your merch or at your event.

We are looking for athletes in any sport of any level on the sunshine coast who are aged 14 to 21 and are looking to achieve their goals.

Terms and Conditions.

Participants must be between ages 14 to 21 and actively participating in a sport (can be individual or team) for the 2024/2025 season. Participants do not need to be of an elite level to apply but must participate in some form of competition or event throughout the season. Participants must be living on the sunshine coast or at least participate in their sport on the Sunshine Coast. Standard Missed appointment fee applies to Free and Discounted physiotherapy sessions. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time you will incur a $30 missed appointment fee. Sponsorship program runs from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025. Sponsored Athletes are expected to participate in Sage Physiotherapy social media and promotional content. Participants are encouraged to display Sage Physiotherapy Logo at events, training or competitions. If an athlete chooses to nominate someone else to receive Physiotherapy at a Discounted rate of $50 per sessions they forego the right for their own extra treatment to be at this price. Participants can choose to use their private health fund to cover their additional sessions.
