Cancellation
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. This provides the practice with an opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients from our waiting list.
If you cancel or do not attend a scheduled appointment without providing 24 hrs notice, a fee of $30 will be charged.
At any stage, if you fail to attend any appointments, all future appointments will be canceled and you will be required to reschedule.
Medicare, Workcover or any other third-party insurer will not cover missed appointment fees. These charges will need to be met by the client.
Home Visit Cancellations / NDIS Cancellation Policy
If you have a home visit scheduled the cancellation policy is 7 days notice and 50% of the total appointment charge.
NDIS clients have to give 7 days not for cancellations or they will be charged 100% of the total fee.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified, all information or materials appearing on this site, including the Sage logo, text, site design, graphics, icons, images and recipes, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Sage. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Sage's prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil action.
Pricing and Currency
Please note that all payments are made in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be transacted in Australia.
Acceptance of Orders
Sage reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer or to require verification of information prior to the acceptance of any order. In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Sage shall have the right to refuse or cancel the product or service. Sage shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such product or services whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card, account or debit card charged. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is unable to be processed, Sage shall immediately credit the amount of the incorrect price.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage, its content providers, advertisers or linked sites shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this web site, products or the linked sites, even if Sage had been advised of the possibility of such damages and irrespective of whether such damages arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. You have read this disclaimer and agree to it on the basis that you agree it is reasonable.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sage, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, partners, advertisers, suppliers and representatives harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any violation of this agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of this website or the placement or transmission of any information or other materials on this website by you or users of your account.
Variation of content
Sage shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any of the content supplied in connection with the Service or which appears on any page of the Sage web site.
Service, Product Returns and Refunds
Sage is committed to providing the best services possible. Sage is not required to process a refund for services provided. Sage is happy to process returns of products that are deemed defective by the manufacturer.
Termination
Sage may at any time terminate or suspend any part of the Service without notice to the customer.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland and the parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the Queensland Courts.
